- Water: The main function of water is that it regulates body temperature. Provides moisture to your nose,eyes & mouth. Water also protects your body organs and tissues. Carries nutrients of oxygen to cells providing hydration to your body.

1. Myth #1 You get Fat by eating fat:
Fats can be found in many of our favourite foods like dairy products, nuts, meats , fruits etc and there are 2 types of fats which are good fats and bad fats, this myth is debunked by the logic that in order to not only survive but thrive human body needs healthy fats as they provide the fuel which is required to produce energy through which you can successfully complete your everyday activities as they keep you mobile.
